Terms of Service

Caitlin's Custom Itineraries provides bespoke travel planning, research, and itinerary curation services based on user preferences.

Advisory Role Only: We are a custom travel consultancy, NOT a licensed travel agency, tour operator, or booking vendor.

Final Bookings: All itineraries are recommendations only. You (the client) are solely responsible for verifying, booking, confirming, and paying for all flights, accommodations, tours, activities, and transport suggested in your custom plan.

All tier prices are listed in Euros (€ EUR).

Payments are securely processed via Stripe at the time of purchase. Once payment is confirmed, custom itinerary research and creation begins.

Refunds or cancellations are subject to the specific booking terms agreed upon prior to service delivery. Custom research hours already rendered are non-refundable.

Itineraries, travel advice, prices, and vendor recommendations are provided in good faith using current market research. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caitlin's Custom Itineraries assumes no legal or financial liability for:

Travel Logistics & Disruptions: Missed flights, delayed transport, connection failures, route changes, or lost baggage.

Third-Party Failures: Cancellations, price changes, service quality issues, or closures by external vendors (hotels, airlines, tour providers, Airbnbs, or venues).

Unforeseen Events: Travel disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, health emergencies, political unrest, or personal injury/property damage during your trip.

Travel Requirements: Clients are exclusively responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel entry permissions, and complying with local legal/health mandates.

We strongly advise all clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and lost property prior to departure.

Site Usage: You agree to use this site lawfully and refrain from attempting to overload forms, submit malicious input, or bypass site rate-limiting.

Intellectual Property: All content on this site. including text, layout, custom itineraries, and photography tagged under #caitescophotography, is the intellectual property of Caitlin's Custom Itineraries and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without explicit written consent.

This site contains links to external services (Instagram, Stripe, Calendly). We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third-party websites. All external links open securely with standard security tags (`rel="noopener noreferrer"`).
